As a Medicare & Individual Health Insurance Client Service Specialist, Kathleen specializes in supporting our brokers and their clients in Medicare Advantage insurance plans, NYS individual marketplace, relationship building, and customer service.

Experience:

With 25+ years of customer service experience, Kathleen supports a book of business by scheduling appointments, coordinating plan comparisons and presentations, maintaining compliance with CMS/ Medicare Insurance regulations, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing superior service.

Prior to Lawley, Kathleen gained valuable experience in administrative support and leadership roles in academia, government, court/probation programs, including roles at NASA and Syracuse University. These roles have offered her opportunities to hone the skills required in providing excellent customer service to those eligible for Medicare Insurance. Kathleen joined Lawley when ROC Insurance Services merged with Lawley in 2025.
