With 25+ years of experience, Karen ensures her clients receive excellent customer service by providing a thorough hands-on approach and conducting consultative conversations. She manages an established book of business which includes renewals, summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, and proposals. Karen also acts as a liaison between carriers and clients and understands how to successfully develop client relationships to provide them with the best-customized
solution for their business insurance.

Karen also works as a business insurance account technician for Dunkirk and Jamestown, NY and surrounding areas. Previously, Karen was also a personal insurance account manager and a receptionist at Lawley.

Karen earned an associate’s degree from Jamestown Community College.

Community and Pro Bono:

Karen serves the community by being an Equine Facilitator for National Equine Institute of Growth through Healing (NEIGH), aiding in the post-traumatic growth of veterans, first responders, and their families, as well as others who have suffered trauma and/or abuse.
