With 5+ years of experience, Jon manages all aspects of client servicing, including annual renewals, plan analysis, open enrollment, and carrier & client communication. He provides leadership and technical support across the employee benefits division, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Prior to Lawley, Jon gained extensive experience as a client manager a global insurance brokerage and risk management firm. Jon’s experience working with self-funded employers and collectively bargained environments allows him to bring a high level of strategic service to clients.
