As an employee benefits client service specialist, James specializes
in employee benefits, sales, and customer service.
James ensures successful client relationships and serves as a liaison between clients and carriers. With the support of an account executive, he manages a book of business, conducts plan analysis and proposal preparation, processes enrollment applications, and oversees renewal packages.
Prior to Lawley, James held a variety of roles in both the sales and customer service industries. As an account executive, he managed the full sales cycle—identifying client needs, delivering tailored demos, and securing long-term customers. James’ background as a project and operations coordinator provided him a strong foundation in client relations and project management. These roles strengthened his skills to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
James earned a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University.
