As a personal insurance assistant account manager, Helen specializes in personal insurance, property & casualty insurance, and customer service.

Experience:

Helen supports the personal insurance team by preparing coverage summaries, policy changes, proposals, and comprehensive coverage reviews, while assisting with new business applications. She also responds to internal marketing and remarketing requests and helps identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through carrier analysis.

Prior to Lawley, Helen was a personal insurance account manager, where she gained valuable experience supporting clients and managing personal insurance accounts. She also previously operated her own salon business, where she developed strong communication, sales, and marketing skills that she leverages in her role at Lawley.
