As a business insurance training specialist, Emily specializes in training facilitation, leadership development, and learning & development consulting.

Experience:

With 15+ years of experience, Emily delivers workflow, procedure, and system training for staff and new hires while partnering on sales and service initiatives to identify training needs and support performance. She develops and communicates coverage-specific training opportunities, maintains departmental resources, and creates reports that track efficiency, consistency, and progress for the Business Insurance team.

Prior to Lawley, Emily worked as a corporate trainer in the learning & development industry, creating engaging training experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats. She has developed expertise in designing practical, easy-to-use resources that translate complex information into approachable learning.

Education:

Emily earned a bachelor’s degree from Hilbert College, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors.

Community and Pro Bono:

Emily supports her community as a member of the Buffalo Niagara chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and as a volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House and The Alzheimer’s Association.
