With 30+ years of experience, Donelle ensures her clients receive excellent customer service by conducting consultative conversations and providing a thorough hands-on approach. She manages an established book of business which includes renewals, summaries, ordering and issuing binders, billing concerns, certificates, policies, and proposals for clients in various sectors.

Prior to Lawley, Donelle gained experience in all areas of the business insurance industry, including quoting, binding, servicing, and working directly with carriers. She supported producers by understanding client needs, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with her team to deliver
comprehensive solutions.Donelle joined Lawley when Shoff Darby Insurance Agency merged with Lawley in 2023.
