As a business insurance senior account manager, Dina specializes in complex accounts, captive insurance programs, and large property schedules.
Experience:
With 20+ years of experience, Dina manages a book of business including renewals, providing summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, proposals and other insurance documents within designated timelines. She excels at developing
effective working relationships by providing a thorough hands-on approach and conducting consultative conversations. Dina acts as a liaison between carriers and clients, ensuring they receive the best-customized solutions for their business insurance needs. Prior to Lawley, Dina gained extensive experience in the insurance industry, strengthening her knowledge of client management and business insurance processes. She joined Lawley when Shoff Darby Insurance Agency merged with Lawley in 2023.
