Dannielle supports the business insurance team with processing documents, internal requests, and preparation and entry of marketing submissions to the carrier or marketing department. She also oversees billing operations, including referral & audit payment reminders and cancelation & late notices. By utilizing effective communication, Dannielle ensures collaboration throughout the department.

Prior to Lawley, Dannielle held various roles within the insurance industry, gaining knowledge of business insurance processes, billing management, and client support. Dannielle joined Lawley when Shoff Darby Insurance Agency merged with Lawley in 2023
