Experience:

With 20+ years of experience, Char delivers workflow, procedure, and system training for staff and new hires while partnering on sales and service initiatives to identify training needs and support performance. She develops and communicates coverage-specific training opportunities, maintains departmental resources, and creates reports that track efficiency, consistency, and progress for the Personal Insurance team.

Prior to Lawley, Char gained valuable insurance experience as a client service agent and personal insurance trainer at First Niagara Risk Management, Inc., where she strengthened her expertise in training and support for personal insurance operations.

Accreditations:

Char is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), an Accredited Advisor in Insurance Management (AAI-M), and holds a NYS Property & Casualty License.
