Brian has been in the insurance industry since 1985. Prior to joining Lawley, Brian held sales, sales management and staff positions at AON Corporation/Combined Insurance Company of America in both New York and California.

Brian has run two startup businesses from scratch that have given him a unique perspective when it comes to providing creative solutions to his clients.

Brian possesses expertise in high deductible health plans, health savings accounts and medical and group benefits plan design and implementation. He has earned certified designations as a Group Benefit Disability Specialist and also a Voluntary Benefit Specialist. Brian creates custom strategic initiatives to help employers control their benefit costs and improve administrative efficiencies.

Brian joined the Employee Benefits division of Lawley in 2005 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. His prior business Acumen coupled with his 30+ years experience in health care enable him to deliver quality, attentive service and unique benefit solutions to his clients. Brian specializes in delivering health care consulting solutions to WNY Labor Unions, municipalities, manufacturers and lawfirms.
