Experience:

Aspen manages an assigned book of business, handling renewals, endorsements, and insurance documents while delivering exceptional customer service. She develops new business, conducts consultative conversations, and builds strong relationships with carriers and clients.

Prior to Lawley, Aspen gained experience in the insurance industry as a customer service representative, office manager, and insurance agent. This background strengthened her understanding of client support, carrier relations, and various insurance processes which she leverages in her role at Lawley.

Aspen earned an associate’s degree from Jamestown Business College.

Community and Pro Bono:

Aspen actively supports her community, serving as a firefighter for East Randolph Fire Company, and as a volunteer for her local Future Business Leaders of America chapter.
