Experience:

With 5+ years of experience, Ashley collaborates with the learning & development department to complete sales and service initiatives. She monitors workflow efficiency, training needs, and compliance for all locations. Prior to Lawley, Ashley was a customer service representative and an auto claims trainer at GEICO as well as a project manager for Praxis.

Ashley holds a Six Sigma yellow belt.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Empire State.
