As the Director of Medicare, Alyssa specializes in Medicare insurance
plans, sales & service, strategic planning, and leadership & development.
With 15+ years of experience, Alyssa oversees all sales operations for Lawley Medicare Solutions, guiding long-term growth strategies that include mergers, acquisitions, and revenue expansion. She leads and develops a team of sales consultants to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, delivers ongoing training, and fosters ethical practices. Alyssa brings a client-first, consultative approach showing the true importance of approaching Medicare insurance sales as a consultative service. Additionally, she partners with various departments across Lawley’s footprint to drive lead generation, client retention, and cross-selling initiatives support overall growth of the agency.
Prior to Lawley, Alyssa was the Medicare Sales Manager and Insurance Retention and Training Manager at AAA Western and Central New York as well as a Customer Service Manager at a national insurance company. She brings vast experience with growth and business development as
she helped establish a new office and grow a team of a few individuals to a team of 400 within one year and has led a team of sales and service agents to achieve the highest referral growth and achieve growth targets two years prior to projected timeline. This experience enabled her to gain experience in sales, service, retention, training, leadership development, and strategic planning, which she will use in her current role at Lawley.
Alyssa is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), holds a NYS Life, Accident & Health License, and NYS Property & Casualty License
Alyssa earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester.
