With 20+ years of experience, Chris manages an assigned book of business, handling renewals, endorsements, and insurance documents while delivering exceptional service and guidance to support his clients. He develops new business, conducts consultative conversations, and builds strong relationships with carriers and clients.

Prior to Lawley, Chris gained experience on both the carrier and agency sides of the business, working with a wide range of consumers and businesses to address their insurance needs. This background provides him with a specialized approach to advising and supporting clients. Chris joined Lawley when Shoff Darby Insurance Agency merged with Lawley in 2023.

Chris is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and holds a Connecticut Property & Casualty license.

Community and Pro Bono:

Chris is actively involved in his community as a softball coach for Avon Little League and as a certified umpire for Little League International.
