Olek joins Lawley as an Employee Benefits Consultant also located in the Rochester office. Originally from and currently a resident of Rochester, NY, Olek focuses on designing and creating value-based benefits programs for companies of all sizes. Olek holds a B.A. in Business Administration from St. John Fisher College and is active as a Board Member for both The Villa of Hope and Big Brother Big Sisters of Greater Rochester.
