Lawley Insurance Expands Surety Service

Timothy Toole joins Construction Solutions Team

BUFFALO, NY Jan. 18, 2012 – Lawley Insurance is expanding its surety service with the addition of a new surety bond manager.

Timothy Toole, former underwriting manager at First Niagara Risk Management, joined Lawley’s Construction Solutions Team. He brings with him 18 years of experience in the surety industry.

Prior to Lawley, Toole spent four years at First Niagara Risk Management, where he managed all agency underwriting processes and expanded the agency’s carrier relationship, establishing it as a uniquely competitive product for clients. In addition, Toole worked as a branch manager of a surety company and as a seasoned underwriter for several of the largest surety carriers in the United States.

Toole’s additional experience includes several years of work as an underwriter in the commercial banking industry. Toole has a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from New England College.
