Robert has extensive expertise in Executive Benefits Planning. He founded and ran his own practice for 20 years. It was then purchased by a regional firm, Providium Consulting Group, (currently Arthur Gallagher) and he became a partner of that firm. In 2007, Robert joined Lawley. He has developed a prestigious list of clients over the years, consisting of successful business owners, professionals and corporations.

Robert has spoken at numerous seminars as an expert in his field. He has also written many articles for industry newsletters.

Community and Pro Bono:

Robert is currently a board member for Hover Networks, a successful Phone hosting company doing business throughout the United States. Robert is also involved with various charity organizations including Sister’s Hospital and Roswell Park. Lastly, Robert serves as a young adult leader for the College Ministry at The Chapel.

His past involvement includes, board member for the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, President of the  Buffalo Junior Chamber, and President Professional Business Council.
