Marj Ciucci is a a Partner at Lawley specializing in assisting clients with preparing and  implementing employee benefit packages. Marj spends time to look at the culture of the company to make sure their package suits their budget as well as their employee’s needs. Valuing long-standing relationships she has built for more than 26 years, Marj works very closely with clients during the year to ensure their compliance and administrative needs are met, always looking to assist them in navigating the sometimes troubling waters of employee benefits.

Experience:

Marj brings an extensive resume to Lawley, most recently having owned her own brokerage, MAC Creative Plan Solutions, for almost 17 years. Before starting a woman-owned brokerage, Marj was a Sales Consultant in the Employee Benefits Division of Spadaccia, Ryan & Haas, who eventually merged with USI Northeast where she continued to work as an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant and Department Manager. Marj began her career in the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office assisted Legal team in Appeals with various legal paperwork along with work in various departments at the IBM Corporation.
