Commitment to Our Communities

At Lawley, we are deeply committed to the communities we serve.  We live here.  We work here.  We’re raising our families here.  So, we have a profound, personal interest in the quality of life in this community.  And we’ve always believed that our success as a business is directly related to the success and vitality of the communities we serve.  That’s why we’ve made it a priority to “give back” by supporting charitable, civic and cultural organizations, which have a direct, positive impact on our communities.

This commitment takes a variety of forms.  Of course, it includes direct financial support for a significant number of organizations.  But we also know that “people power” can have an even greater impact than simply writing a check.  So, we encourage “Team Lawley” – our amazing employees – to lend their time and considerable talents to worthy causes.  (Actually, they don’t really need any encouragement…They love it!)  They spend countless hours, taking leadership positions on the boards of many organizations, and rolling up their sleeves to do plenty of hard work.   We’re incredibly proud of them!

For us, community is “king.”  It’s been that way for the last 66 years, and as long as we’re around, it’ll continue to be that way!
